Question M2 SSD nit detected on MSI

Hello everyone, I just bought a brand new SSD Kingston KC2500 for my laptop MSI CX62 - 7QL.

On my laptop box is specified that it supports sata3 ssd and pci e 3x4 ssd so it supports both.
It is also mentioned that the ssd speed is up to 2200 mb/s and my ssd that I bought is 3500mb/s. I wonder if this is the reason why my laptop doesent recognizes the ssd.
