Question M27Q monitor artifact

Hi,

My gigabyte M27Q monitor is artifacting. And I'm pretty sure it's the monitor's problem, since I've tried plugging in both my PC and macbook using both HDMI and DP ports. Does anyone know whether I can fix this myself?

is it showing up in the OSD of the monitor as well?
Can you try USB-C as well if the OSD displays fine?

if this is all the time, you probably can´t repair it. If it´s only DP or HDMI and it happens sometimes, you could try resoldering components and hope for a cold soldering joint. You can have a look for bad components as well.
