Have you ever flashed a bios before? You have to disable any "boot block" settings in the bios and windows firewall before flashing. You can use a usb flash drive or floppy to save your old bios file. While flashing, most programs erase the old file at some point, so be sure you have the right flash program, or you will end up with a dead board. Most dell boards aren't designed to upgrade the cpu anyway. Dell wants you to buy a new system, not keep upgrading your old one, so support is limited.

To anyone with same problem. I got it to work but I had to download and run Bart PE with windows XP SP2. Then ran the program through that and it work great! Now to put in my new CPU and Video card! Thanks for the help!
