got 200 € for improve that motherboard but Im not sure wich is the best cpu that this motherboard can handle, wich those 200 € I have to buy cpu + gpu could you help me pls?

What is the model number of your CPU?

Upgrading CPU alone will not enhance the performance as memory will be your bottleneck. On the contrary, your processor uses AM2 socket which is kinda old and I don't think there is much performance increase you can get by upgrading the CPU, so upgrade your RAM for better performance. Else go with a new system.
