work through the list..WORK, not read!!!
If you are still having problems we will try to help!

Two things that do stand out from your list of component:
PSU -- Rocketfish??? never heard of it.. could be an issue
Memory --- You have a triple channel kit and your Motherboard only supports Dual channel, :You can put all three sticks in, but the motherboard will then run it all at single channel speeds. You would be better off to only use two sticks of the ram( in similar colored DIMM sockets), then you would at least be running in dual channel mode..

Good Luck!

In that case, unless i could find a GOOD review from a site like JonnyGuru.com or hardocp, I would definitely recomment a PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec earthwatts, PCP&C, or possibly OCZ, in the 650-850 watt range, 80+ certified, with APFC. :bounce:

ya know..i have the same board with 16gb of memory , corsair vengence, running at 1600mhz, 1090t, hd5770...there was a bios update (beta) for the x8 and i updated it thinking i was going to get the x8 but i decided the 2 extra cores wasent worth the price....only downside, ram would only run at 1333mhz...at 1600 bsd every time windows tried to load (7 64bit).FYI
