M5910 motherboard swap ( win7 reactivation ? )

Hi
I have acer m5910 and it has built in win7 64bit home premium, no win7 installation disc but i have win7 product key in case and acer snid / SN codes.
Going to swap my motherboard to MSI mobo with p55 chipset. Do i need to backup something in my acer 5910 before swapping mobo? and when i put new one in and boot what happens with my old oem win7 does it start installing clean automatically or ask reactivation ?
Also do i need to delete some drivers if i swap mobo?

You should be able to swop the boards around, but Windows will definitely want to reactivate as you have changed the hardware.
You should be able to boot without a re-install.
