Restart the computer and go into BIOS (probably hitting either DEL or F10 key during the start up process).
Go into the TOOLS menu and select EZFlash 2. It will take you to a screen to select the USB drive and then select the .ROM file to do the update.
Follow the usual precautions for BIOS updates: mainly don't do it unless you're confident there will be no power interruptions and give it time to complete. If the system is prone to unexplained shutdowns or overheating resolve those problems first before attempting it.
After the update completes the first thing to do is a CMOS reset or go into BIOS and find a setting to RESTORE OPTIMIZED DEFAULT SETTINGS (or similar), enable that and then restart, saving settings in the process.
