Question M5A78L-M-USB3 Networking

Hi. I have got a Talk Talk ! gigabit fiber optic to the home. I am wondering if my motherboard is up to it as I am only getting about 300 on the speedtest.net I have the manual but can't find the information. Need to check this first before I complain.

I have zone alarm but I have switched it off in case that made a difference. Doesn't seem to have affected any results.

check to see if there is any lan driver update and it could run at max speed fiber run at higher speed .
