Solution

I can't find a good picture of the name plate on the Highlight. https://www.google.com/search?q=Highlight+AX400-PNF&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj5rqy1ws3MAhWLOiYKHRNOBMcQ_AUIBygB&biw=1600&bih=787#tbm=isch&q=AX400-PNF+power+supply&imgrc=ghzd4vcsD2GmsM%3A
But this FSP Group AX400-PNF may be the same one with a different name. See if your PSU's nameplate matches this one's.

If the +12V1 and +12V2 rails are only safe for 300W as posted, you will be taking a chance. Might work OK for awhile...

I got the same as that one I was also thinking of buying a case with a psu already init and one that looked pretty casual, so I came out with:

PSU: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-100-B1-0600-KR-Power-Supply/dp/B00EON40CS/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1462815290&sr=1-1&keywords=Evga+600w

Case:

Will it all fit in? and work better now?
