M5A97 LE R2.0 for FX 8320e

Ok so i bought a M5A97 R2.0 online, buy the seller left out the part where this is the LE version (it was much cheaper for a reason i guess).

The question is, this MOBO good enough for my FX 8320e and a 750ti, with a chance of upgrading to the gtx 970 in the future?

Consider my other option to be the GA 970a ds3p, and that OCing my CPU is not a priority.

Wont the four pin thing on tje LE affect my 8320's performance?
