M5A97 Overclock on 8120

I currently have an M5a97 LE R2.0 which I plan to swap out in the near future. My budget is tight, however I am wanting to overclock. My question is would the standard, non LE, M5a97 (or EVO variant) be okay for what I want to do? Or if not, what sort of motherboard is best for around the price of the EVO?

The EVO is a good overclocker and the std is OK. Gigabyte 970UD3P is normally the recommended budget OC board because of good power phase design.

Thanks, I'll have a look at both! Will the Gigabyte MB require a larger PSU? I'm a noob when it comes to Motherboards
