Question M5A99FX Pro R2.0 Half Memory

Hey guys this is my first post.
I have the following problem. I have a set of Corsair CMZ16GX3M44A1600C9 and they are only getting half memory available. I have tried testing each stick on each ram slot. I CANNOT post with any ram stick on DIMM slots 3 and 4(the right two slots). My Mobo just beeps incessantly at me. Each stick works well on dimms slots 1 and 2.

MOBO: M5a99fx Pro R2.0
GPU: MSI R7 370 Series
CPU: FX-8320 Vishera
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Memory: CMZ16GX3M44A1600C9

Everything on the mobo looks good. I have seated and reseated time and time again. I have cleaned with alcohol and air. I have removed the CPU and there are no bent pins.
BIOS sees all of the sticks.

Any thoughts? The board is out of warranty and from what I have read ASUS is a real joy to work with on RMAs/repairs......

ALL four memory modules came in ONE kit, or is this multiple kits/sticks that did not all come together?

Also, something is off with your memory kit model number. Nothing comes up for that kit in a Google search. Please double check it for typos.

All four memory modules came in one kit. My apologies for the typo.
CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 XMP 1.2

Further notes. The board posts when
2 sticks are in A1 and B1
2 sticks are in A2 and B2
4 Sticks are in all slots.
HOWEVER it still only registers half of the memory.
