M5a99x Evo 2.0 heat sink removal.

Hi guys, I am thinking about replacing the cooler (stock) on my M5A99X motherboard. I notice that the latch is different than most type use by other motherboard. The latch itself hold the CPU down by the pin I believe as nothing covers the CPU itself. I am wondering how I can remove the latch to pull out the heat-sink+CPU or pull off only the heat-sink without damaging the pins.

this is amd socket and it have 2 clip one in the front that unlock and the back one is the holding pin ,you have to slide the bracket of those pins to remove the cooler http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/HowToReplaceAMDCPUnHSF.aspx#Uninstall
