MAC Address in Main Router & Its Clients

I already tried to not to fill my phone's mac address in main router but when I access through router client i still can be connected. But in my main router can't.

The network
Internet===Main router===switch/hub===client router

I already make them same both of routers like SSID, password, password type, WPA encyption.
The differences are firewalls are off in clients, wireless mode only Access Point, and disable DHCP. For main router DHCP is enable.

is there any a way to make wifi seamlessly but filtered by mac address only in main router, so when any gadget try to connect wifi through client router it will be filtered also by mac address in main router. ?
If yes, how it is ?
Or should I put those mac addresses in main router and the client routers ?
If so, can you recommend me about router that can fill mac address till hundreds ?

Mac address security it pretty much a waste of time. It can be changed on many devices pretty simply and anyone who can attempt to crack the encryption knows how to change mac addresses.

You are going to have to put it in both devices. The mac filtering is being done by the wifi radio chips not the main cpu. Even if the router had a mac list filter it only restricts traffic going lan-wan. Devices on the lan can still access each other.

The solution for this is to use enterprise mode and a computer running a radius server. Every user gets his own userid and password. No need to limit by mac address because you are limiting by the user.

In a home environment a simple password is just fine as long as you don't tell a lot of people your password. Make sure you disable WPS on the router that can be easily cracked.
