Mac and Windows in one build?

So I have an old Macintosh, and a new PC I built, and since my old Mac doesn't work anymore, I scrapped it for parts. I removed the HDD and I was wondering, since I run Windows 10 on my new 250g SSD and Mac OSX on my 1TB hdd from my Mac, can I put both drives into the computer and select whichever OS I wish to boot by selecting which drive I want to boot up first on start up in the bios? thanks.

Mac OS runs only on Mac hardware. Everything else is at least gray matter.

Tony Mac 86 might disagree. A 'Hackintosh' has been an option for a long time.

They are tricky to build because only certain components have Apple drivers, but people do it all the time.
