Question Mac Experts Please Help!

I have been repairing PC for about 4 years now. Just got into fixing Macs.

I have a Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2012 EMC 2554

The Macbook Powers on, front lights up, battery indicator shows full charge, fan spins (turbo speed), but no video nor chime.

The ram was fully tested and works.

I love to solder, is there a capacitor or chip that is causing the trouble?

Any suggestions would be great!

Do they have a mini-pcie slot? Perhaps one of those pcie boot monitor board.
