Question Mac Mini 2018 component question

I was wondering, what is that roundish component just to the right of the SSD storage on the motherboard of the Mac Mini 2018?
If I am right, it is glued to the motherboard on the two points, with conducting glue.
But I could not find any information what is that thing.

Anyone?

Thank you very much! This is attached to the motherboard on two points. If i am right, it is somehow glued? to themotherboard at those points. Due to an accident, one of those points detached from the motherboard, what can I use to have it reatached? (a kind of conductive glue?) Interestingly, the computer still works, despite the PRAM being only attached to themotherboard at one of thetwo points.
