[SOLVED] Mac OS X 10.11 on a PC

hey guys i was wondering if i can install mac os x on a pc/laptop with this requirements
Currently Have HP Pavilion dv6 3138tx
CPU: i3 370m 2.4 ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon Mobility HD 5470 512mb vram
Ram: 4 gb ddr3

Let me know guys if i can run mac os x smoothly with this requirements

I would ask on places like Hackintosh: http://www.hackintosh.com/

That is a fairly old system so every component should be pretty well covered, but GPU drivers for OEM components are sometimes an issue.
