(Mac) Quicklookd etc. - too high cpu usage HELP

Hello,

I bought a Macbook Pro last week. I have downloaded some necessary apps and stuff and the fans are going crazy and the cpu usage is too high in certain programmes like:
quicklookd
QuickLookSatelite
WindowServer
Kernel
cloudd

I don't know what to do now. I tried various fixes online but none of them worked.

Please HELP
