Mac vs mac in video editing

There is many types of Macs,the MacBook Pro,Mac mini.
Which one would be good for video editing (4K) and is between the prise of 900-1300USD
Can Mac mini show a 4K screen?
I will need it for traveling .the Mac mini is small, good,I don't need to worry about the monitor since I have it with me every where.
Now is the choice of you.

Specs at site, but confusing. I believe max is 2560x1600 via miniDP
