Solution velocityg4 Mar 8, 2020 If another charger works. Then I'd say you needed a new charger. Don't get third party junk they may be a fire hazard. Only Apple OEM. Besides looking for an obstruction on the tip. They can't be fixed. You can double check your battery with Coconut Battery.
