[SOLVED] Macbook Pro erased and refuses to download OS

Hello people ive been watching some videos on youtube and they told me to erase my main OS Macbook Pro OS and then Reinstall Mac OS X by picking this option, but now i cannot log into the Macbook and i cant download Mac Os X either as i get a message saying " Can't download the additional components needed to install Macbook Pro ".
Is there any way to fix this?? Maybe download it for free from another source or fix this problem?

Please tell me you have a workable solution and if you know of it do let me know.
