Question Macbook Pro not fully using intergrated graphics?

I ran a Heaven benchmark today on my macbook pro 2015 to see what it was capable of, but whilst running it I noticed that the onboard graphics were nowhere near maxed out and the screenshot of activity monitor shows it was only running at 2/3 of what it could be? Is there some trick here or does apple limit the performance. I tried putting the fans on max speed manually but this made little difference. Any thoughts? screenshot of activity monitor

I'm not quite sure which bit ur getting at? I'm just asking if there's a reason I'm not getting full utilisation

depend on what you are doing, it might not use the gpu.
could be your cpu/ram/hdd/sdd holding it back. temp/power,etc

Is there a tool that can monitor all of these and allow me to identify the bottleneck?
