Macbook Pro Wi-fi disconnects randomly and cant connect again

My macbook pro wifi disconnects randomly sometimes, whenever i try to connect again it does not find the network i was connected to, but it does find my neighbours. can somebody help me?

Is your router perfectly setup? Any other device with same problems?
