Machine_Check_Exception, can't figure out what the problem is (probably hardware)

I want to preface this by saying I'm really desperate at this point and I work from home so this is a pretty pressing matter and I will be infinitely grateful to whoever can help me. So basically about 2 months ago my computer froze on shutdown and after manually shutting it down it wouldn't start again, I got a few different BSOD but the most common one was Machine_Check_Exception. After playing around with the fan connectors it mysteriously started again and worked fine for a while except for a few weird things like the motherboard LEDS and PSU fan running after shutdown.

Eventually the BSOD happened again and this time I couldn't fix it so I did a clean install of Windows 10. Everything ran smoothly until tonight when it froze on shutdown again and I got the MCE error. I managed to boot it in safe mode after unplugging my PSU and everything seems fine for now.

One more thing I should mention is that my PSU seems to be making a whining sound at times.
At this point I'm thinking it'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue seeing as it's still happening despite a clean install.
Here are some of the things I've checked :
Clean install W10
Memtest86 (no problem)
Turned off OC on CPU
Reset BIOS settings

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really have no idea what to do at this point, I'm thinking it's either the SSD the PSU or the CPU but my knowledge is very limited so what do I know.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. I ran the diagnostics tool and everything passed. In your opinion Is it worth flashing my BIOS at this point or can I assume my SSD might be failing? I really can't figure out what else it could be.
