[SOLVED] Mackeeper alternative available?

I hate monthly payments and Mackeeper does not seem to offer a one time payment.
Anybody have a suggestion?

Mackeeper should, according to most reports, be avoided at all costs. What are you actually looking for that is not already supplied with OS X?

I couldn't agree more with McHenryB. From what I hear, MacKeeper is borderline malware. Everything supplied in OS X (like I feel with most Operating Systems) are quite secure as long as you know how to browse the web safely.
