MacOS High Sierra on Windows laptop

Hey folks, i wanted to know if i install MacOS High Sierra as dual-boot on my MSI GS43VR laptop will MacOS software work or no. I want to use Final Cut Pro X and iMovie but i don't have money to buy a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air for $1300 right now. Will Apple know it's still a Windows laptop or any MacOS software will install just as if it was a MacBook?
