Question MacOS on pc?

my old MacBook Pro has a broken Logic board, it needs replacing or fixing but don’t have the money at the moment but I still want to access my Mac software, my passwords etc. Would it be possible for me to add the old hard drive (ssd) to my pc so I can use the OS or us this not possibl. I know Apple is very strict on this.

People do make hackintoshes. But how to do it is verboten on this forum. The most we can say is if a part might be compatible. You'd be better off perusing forums specific to this topic.

Do you know where and how they are stored in there?
Possibly/probably encrypted?

I only need to access pictures, keychain and documents from the hard drive, I may have found software that will allow me to do this for window...

I have put all my data from both hard drives onto my external hdd.
