MacPro 2014 + ASUS VG278HE = Can't get 144hz :(

Hello,

I have 2 ASUS VG278HE monitors on a MacPro with bootcamp installed but i cannot get 144hz refresh rate or even more than 60hz on the panel options. Yes, it is connected via DualLink DVI to DisplayPort meeting all the requirements the Monitor asks for the 144hz refresh rate to happen but still, when i try to get a custom resolution on the AMD FirePro control panel, it just wont happen.

Can anyone help pleaseeeee!?!?!

The problem is most likely Bootcamp or that converter. Most converters will not be able to handle more than 60hz.

I read another article that it's the GPU that can't handle over 60 hz. Sorry I just saw this post!
