Solution
So, 3 partitions, approx 110GB consumed.
Should be no problem.

-----------------------------
Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD

Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe all partitions on it.
This will probably require the commandline diskpart function, and the clean command.

Ask questions if anything is unclear.

Solution
"Probably" is why you don't delete anything from the original drive until you are absolutely 100% sure it works from the new drive.

Cloning is never 100% guaranteed.
Usually, it works. Usually.
Thank you very much, i only now start to learn more and more about computers, pretty fresh still. If there is anyway i can rate you i will let me know you sir get a 5 star.
Have a great day

Update:

So far everything works as it should. Big thank you guys.
Its my brothers laptop and i wanted to do him a favor.
Before i switched his hdd for the ssd i timed the boot time.
1min 10 second until login screen another 5 min until the laptop stopped loading and j could use it

Now within 25 seconds i can use the laptop no problem. No loading for simple applications anymore

Thank you so much.
