Macro on corsair utility engine

I'm trying to make a macro on corsair utility engine so that if you press a key it infinitely presses a different key (held down not repetitive) until the first key is pressed again. Specifically I wish to use the sniper thumb button to toggle the left click on an m65 rgb mouse.

got the same mouse--great mouse

not so keen on the macro software though

not sure you can macro it to be constantly held down though most macros i have used assume its a click
