MacType won't smooth everything in Windows 10

Hi,

So I have installed a font-rendering software called MacType. This is way better than cleartype so I wanted to apply it everywhere. Firstly, when I turn it on, some parts of windows 10 now have smooth font rendering which are: file explorer, desktop icon, notepad. Other things like Chrome, Office, Start menu, windows 10 settings, don't get smooth font rendering. How can I make this mactype work in the ones that it does not work in.

you may be able to get it to work by disabling hardware acceleration in CHrome, but I wouldn;t do that. In the system settings and stuff you can't. Third party apps don;t have acceess to that.
