MadCatz M.M.O 7 thumbwheel stopped working

So i was playing Warframe and I thought to myself ''hey i could shoot faster with the thumbwheel'' so i set the macro and i doesn't work i start looking what's the problem and i find out that my thumb scroll wheel didnt work anymore i tried restarting my computer, reintalling the drivers and the program. Nothing worked i looked up a little bit on the internet and i didn't find anything. So plz i would really like some one to tell me how to repair it.

Well i did try and it didnt work either.

Did you clear the profiles? Right click on rat icon

Well when you clear the profile, it just turn off all the macro and the thumbwheel doesnt do any thing with no macro. But what i can see its that its not an issue with program or any thing.

yes i did it did work for like 2 sec but i dont know how

I'VE BEEN USING THE MMO7 FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS ( ON MY 3RD) AND HAVE FOUND SOME PROGRAMS WILL NOT SUPPORT THE THUMB WHEEL. IT WORKS FINE ON DIABLO 3 FOR MAPS. MOST NEW GAMES THAT HAVE A MAP ACTION I'LL TRY AND PROGRAM IT FOR THAT. BUT MOSTLY DOESN'T WORK. SORRY FOR THE CAPS
