Question Madden 20 Black Screen

I recently got Madden 20. When I start it up, my monitor loses signal. I can hear the game playing in the background, but my monitor's signal is lost. Then I have to literally restart my PC. I can't exit out of the lost signal. I have over 40 games on my PC and this is the only one that does this.

I have a BenQ ex3203r 144hz monitor which is also a 2k monitor. I'm thinking that might have something to do with it, but I have no idea. My other specs are:
i9 9900k
32GB 3200 RAM
980ti sli

If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
