Madden 2005: Where can I learn about defensive formations

Madden 2005 has a nice "Football 101" feature for learning about the
different offensive formations and plays. However there is nothing
for defense.

I know that nickel and dime are good for passing situations. But that
is about it.

Can anybody recommend a resource for learning about the different
defensive formations and when to use them?
