Question Madden 22

I have madden 22 on origin. It's a clean install windows 10.
It won't launch origin closes then after a couple seconds just opens again.
I tried on both origin and ea play ap.
I Uninstalled and reinstalled both app and the game multiple times
I tried on my main drive and back up.
I tried disabling uac and my virus program.
I Uninstalled and reinstalled updated drivers for video card.
Windows 10 is up to date.
I installed newest vc+
Madden is up to Date
I ran a check to game files
have 2 other games on gog app and origin that work
Have no other issues

Hardware
Phenom 2 x6 1065t
8gb memory
500gb ssd
Radeon 7950


Any ideas?

Comparing your specs to those recommended for the game itself, I would question both your CPU and GPU:

Yes it's questionable but usually when it's just hardware that barely meets minimum requirements it still just just on low setting or maybe even choppy. Definitely not upgrading to play this game.


Thanks for the response that was about the only thing I could figure as well. Hopefully someone else might have an idea. I saw a bunch of people had similar issues.

If the game was installed on a previous windows then go to the game folder and look if there is a folder called redist install everything in that folder it contains all the redistributables the game needs.
It could need an older version of vc or even directx9 runtime.

No its a new clean windows install with new download. I did install all of them in that folder just in case no change.

Yes it seems the phenom cpu has issues with this game. I'm not updating though thanks for all the help
