I just made a pc parts list from PC Part Picker and I wanted to know if it was dencent enough for the price. (And if it will work.) I plan on getting windows from Kinguin and I already have all the other items like a screen and a mouse. Please check it out and give me as much feedback as you can.

Thanks!

Question from NOVARED : "Spent Some Time on a New PC List. Is this List Good?"

I'd tweak it a bit to

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($261.75 @ shopRBC)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 35.1 CFM CPU Cooler ($23.87 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VDH Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($106.22 @ shopRBC)
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Storage: ADATA Premier SP550 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($89.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Video Card:...
Hate to break it to ya but even a locked Intel i5 6500/7500 etc. would stomp an OC'd FX while consuming less than half the power. You also don't need to invest so heavily in cooling and motherboard to OC that sucker, or you could get a 6600k/7600k and have really good performance.
You should get a 1060 6GB, the extra VRAM will ensure you can play all sorts of things stutter free
And DO NOT get an original CX series. Unreliable old tech. Get a CX550M if you must cheap out on the PSU. 550W will be plenty for an i5 and a 1060.

Thanks!

No need to go for skylake with kabylake around.
Slightly nicer PSU
Better value on the case fan
Quieter cooler (although the stock cooler is totally sufficient so you can save there)
Not a fan of single stick RAM but I guess you're planning on getting a second ram stick soon? Otherwise go for 2x4GB
Also not a fan of USB WiFi sticks as they tend to get hot and experience issues. However last time I used something like that it was 5(?) Years ago. They might have become better so I'm noone to judge.
