mafia 2 the game isnt launching

mafia 2 a logo appears,laptop screen turns black and is redirected to desktop...i instaled every thing but nothing happened...my laptop is hp with 3gb ram,i3 processor with 32 bit

i have tried running it as adminstrator mode..nothing happened...my version is windows 7...i bought a new disk i didnt download it...pls help me out
