mafia 3 running slow

Recently i have installed mafia 3 in my system but it giving me lags and runing slow even i tried on meduim graphics settings. GTA 5 was runing fine on high settings but this mafia 3 is not runing smooth. it a problem in game patch or any of another solution. thank you

Motherboard: Gigabyte 72LMT-S2PT
Ram: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
GPU: GTX1050Ti 4GB DDR5
PSU model:-Zebronic ZEB-N450W(DSATA)
Economy series (20=4 pin)
UPS:-iball UPS-621V
OS: Windows 10 64 bit version 1703.
Monitor: 22" meaning 1080p gaming
