Hi!
I downloaded old and new version of the game (Definitive Edition).
But [both] of them have stutters. no matter what fps I put it on. even on 30 I just experience frame drops, that really hurt the gameplay.
I reinstalled them, reinstalled steam, reinstalled drivers. nothing changes.
Tried so many things from Nvidia control panel to no avail.
My system should be running this game with no problem. my specs are: I5 9400f, gtx 1080ti, 24 gigs of ram.
I play modern games like division 2 and Mafia (Remake) on highest settings with no stutter. they run really well. As wells as ETS2 and Death Stranding.
I'm going crazy, can anyone help? :/
I tried changing Sli settings from nvidia inspector - zero influence. I tried setting different affinity - nothing changed.
