[SOLVED] Mafia III FPS

Hey, I've just registered here and I am glad to see you. Thing is I've been trying to run Mafia III on Low but no success.

My PC:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 3.20GHz
RAM: 16GB
OS: 64 bit
Windows: 8.1
GPU: GeForce GT 610 2GB

I know my GPU is kinda potato but at the moment I have no chance to buy something new. Are there any options that can help me to run this game on Low but playable FPS?

You'll never be able to run Mafia III on that spec without tons of lag because your 610 is over 10 times less powerful than the minimum required 660.
