Magicool 140 Slim to cool GTX970

I have been googling around without any real hits, this one will be simple for you guys who know the answer.
Is the Magicool 140 Slim rad enough to cool my 970, I would think so, right? And should the rad be able to support a decent overclock where the air fails?

Who knows, I might über clock those FOUR gigs! (read 3.5)

You won't do much with overclocking memory. It already overclocked to the ceiling.

Yeah, the memory thing was more of a joke, a pun towards the lawsuit against nvidias false memory claims regarding the 970. Shameless liars, but still, its the card I use now and Im am very interested in building my first custom loop, all i can fit is that rad so I wanted to pose the question before I order the package. Will it be able to cool the gpu, and with that I expect it to be better cooled than by the air cooler fitted on top of it now =)

Yes watercooling a GTX 970 should lower the temps from an air cooler.
