Magnetic Screwdrivers for PC?

Is it okay to use a magnetic screw driver for your motherboard and HDD? Some people are saying to keep all magnets away from your motherboard and HDD, but others are saying that it's just fine and that a magnetic screwdriver is preferred so you don't drop screws on your motherboard. Which is it???

ALSO, is there a recommended kit to buy for PC builds?

It's fine. The magnetic field of a magnetized screwdriver is not strong enough to hurt anything in your computer.

Best Buy has a great kit here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-pc-tool-kit/4106006.p?id=1219096318781&skuId=4106006 I got it a while back since unfortunately the screw drivers are limited at my house. It's a pretty nice kit.
