[SOLVED] Mah mobo is disabled?

sorry for the clickbait title, but i need a fast response.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Mobo: Dailyinshop CPU G41 LGA 775 DDR3 <-------- What brand, and where is the manual
i have the suspect that the mobo supports only 1066 Mhz, but i have 1600 DDR3 SODIMM ram, and it wont turn on. should i replace mobo, ram, or both?
i have DDR3 SODIMM 1600 Mhz (800x2) with two adapters.
