Mail default client on windows 7

Hello,
When I try to reply to an ad on craigslist it tells me a mail default client is not installed properly. What does this mean & how do I fix it?

Download and install WIndows Live mail and sthen setup your email details.

Windows 7 no longer has a built-in email client. As advised you can download and installed Windows Live Mail from:
http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail?os=other

Once installed you will have to configure it to work with your current email address or setup a new email address.
