Main and secondary disks

I have an ssd for the OS as main hard drive, how can i install everything i want at the other hard drives automatically?is it better to install drivers at the OS hard driver or the secondary? sorry for bad english i am from greece :3

Most application installers have a "custom install" option which allows you to change the default installation path before you click "Install" or "Continue".

Drivers, however, must be installed on the OS partition.
