Main Build Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my main rig usually I just buy stuff that catches my eye but this time I wanted to be a little more efficient. Here is my current rig

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 OC to 3.4 GHZ stock cooler
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB X2 (8GB) 1600MHz
GPU: Radeon HD 6870 <--- probably the guy to upgrade
PSU: Cooler Master extreme power plus 500w
HD: SSD Samsung 840 256gb + WD 1tb
MB: ASUS M4A87TD/USB3

I play BF4, Skyrim, bunch of indie games and looking at future games.
Currently I can run bf4 at med-high and get a solid 30 fps most the time. Would like to max it out and stay atleast at 30fps

My skyrim is heavily modded and runs a little sluggish with dips into the 20 but I suspect thats mostly my cpu.
budget is about $200

If you had a budget of $300 it would make it a lot easier as you could get a new CPU and GPU. As it is, I'd recommend getting a Radeon 7850.

I'd then recommend an AMD FX-8320 and a Radeon R9-270X or Radeon 7870; that should give the best performance for the money.

With $200 you could still get a GTX 660 or a Radeon 7870- you just couldn't upgrade the processor with it.
