The situation is this, I have an m.2 SSD which has my windows install and I use for the main and an SSD I use for storage. I attached a new hhd and initiated a windows install on it (was prepping the new drive for another machine.) The instillation fails mid way and now I can no longer boot to the m.2.

I messed with the boot load order, for some reason it now had two names "uefi hard disk:windows boot manager(m.2 name) and another entry with just the m2s name.

Choosing between those, I eaither get a black screen saying insert bootable media, or I get to a cmd window and can't do anything. At one point I was able to reach my desktop and so I put the iso into the new drive, tried to boot from it and am now stuck in the loop where I cannot reach the desktop at all.

I figured I corrupted both somehow, but having got back to the desktop makes me think the main drive is still there. I just can't replicate it.
