Main monitor goes black for a second when clicking between applications

Hi, I'm running Windows 10 on a pretty decent computer. 3 monitors connected. whenever I click between applications on my PC, whether it be doing something on spotify then clicking to do something in chrome my main monitor will occasionally turn black for a second or two then come back on...it happens most commonly while the game League of Legends is running, if I'm doing something within the client and then click into google chrome the screen will turn black then come back. The client isn't a fullscreen application etiher.

Found the problem, BenQ Display manager had something conflicting with itself. Problem solved.
