Question Main monitor turns off when at load?

I have 2 monitors. I was playing a game (literally before writing this post) and suddenly my main monitor started artifacting like crazy, then it just shut off. The second one still works just fine, hence me being able to write the post. The monitor has no defects, because I know the monitor will turn back on after restarting because this isn't the first time it happened.
For anyone wondering for specific details:
Game: Assassins Creed: Syndicate
Rig:
Main Monitor: AOC 24G2U 1080P 144Hz
Secondary Monitor: Philips 246V5L 1080P 60Hz
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB (1 fan died)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600@3.4 GHz (Stock Cooling)
RAM: HyperX Predator RGB 16GB@3000MHz
PSU: Gigabyte P750GM 750W 80+ Gold
M.2: ADATA SC6000PRO 240GB
SSD: Patriot Burst 500GB

imo the reason behind this occurence is because I have 3 intake fans on the front and only 1 outtake in the back, and a dust mesh on the top. The air circulation might just be welcoming the fire spirit to burn my pc down, so I was thinking about buying 2 additional outtakes for the top.

With all game settings on low, a custom fan curve which does not go under 50% the avg temp in-game is 70c
